  • All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
  •  

  • All returns must remain intact, in original condition, and made within 45 days of purchase.
  •  

  • All returns will be credited via original payment type. Returns on cash payment over $50.00 dollars will be refunded by check within 2 business days.
  •  

  • All check purchases must have a photo Id, phone number, and we do not accept any Personal or Business checks over $5000 (a certified bank check is required).
  •  

  • Custom orders require a “signed” Confirmation form, 75% deposit and are Non Refundable.
  •  

  • Non-stocking orders require a 25% deposit and are subject to 25% – 30% restocking fee.
  •  

  • All Orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery.
  •  

  • We offer a 10% discount on lumber and 5% on plywood to Veterans, Seniors, and Students. This does not apply to the short bins, decking, and specially priced items.
  •  

  • All Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult. This is a working warehouse.
  •  

  • Service Dogs Only.
