Company Policies

 

    • All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

 

    • All returns must remain intact, in original condition, and made within 45 days of purchase.

 

    • All returns will be credited via original payment type. Returns on cash payment over $50.00 dollars will be refunded by check within 2 business days.

 

    • All check purchases must have a photo Id, phone number, and we do not accept any Personal or Business checks over $5000 (a certified bank check is required).

 

    • Retail transactions over the amount of $10,000 must be paid via bank check or bank wire. A Credit card cannot be used for these transactions.

 

    • Custom orders require a “signed” Confirmation form, 100% deposit and are Non Refundable.

 

    • Non-stocking orders require a 100% deposit and are subject to 25% – 30% restocking fee.

 

    • All Orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery.

 

    • We offer a 10% discount on lumber and 5% on plywood to Veterans, Seniors, and Students. This does not apply to the short bins, decking, Live Edge and specially priced items.

 

    • All Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult. This is a working warehouse.
