Company Policies
- All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
- All returns must remain intact, in original condition, and made within 45 days of purchase.
- All returns will be credited via original payment type. Returns on cash payment over $50.00 dollars will be refunded by check within 2 business days.
- All check purchases must have a photo Id, phone number, and we do not accept any Personal or Business checks over $5000 (a certified bank check is required).
- Retail transactions over the amount of $10,000 must be paid via bank check or bank wire. A Credit card cannot be used for these transactions.
- Custom orders require a “signed” Confirmation form, 100% deposit and are Non Refundable.
- Non-stocking orders require a 100% deposit and are subject to 25% – 30% restocking fee.
- All Orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery.
- We offer a 10% discount on lumber and 5% on plywood to Veterans, Seniors, and Students. This does not apply to the short bins, decking, Live Edge and specially priced items.
- All Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult. This is a working warehouse.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- If any material issues arise that may cause delays, the customer will be notified within 3-5 business days and provided with updates on availability or alternative options.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to best suit your needs.
- Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. If you need further help, contact our customer service team.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within The United States. International shipping is not available.
