Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If any material issues arise that may cause delays, the customer will be notified within 3-5 business days and provided with updates on availability or alternative options.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to best suit your needs.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. If you need further help, contact our customer service team.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within The United States. International shipping is not available.
