Ambrosia Maple – Rough Sawn is a visually distinctive hardwood known for its unique streaking and color variation caused by ambrosia beetle activity. These natural markings create striking gray, brown, and sometimes black patterns that contrast beautifully against the light maple background, making each board truly one of a kind. In its rough-sawn form, this material offers flexibility for custom milling while preserving all of its natural character.
Species: Maple (Acer species)
Thickness: Typically 4/4 (approximately 1" in the rough)
