4/4 Bolivian Bocote is a striking exotic hardwood prized for its warm yellow-brown color, dramatic dark brown to nearly black streaks, and distinctive grain patterns. Also known as Picana Negra (Cordia alliodora), Bolivian Bocote offers the bold visual character associated with traditional Bocote while providing excellent workability for a variety of specialty woodworking projects. Its naturally contrasting grain makes it particularly well suited for furniture accents, tabletops, boxes, turning projects, musical instruments, and other projects where the wood itself is meant to be a focal point.
