4/4 Spanish Cedar is a lightweight and versatile tropical hardwood valued for its warm reddish-brown color, pleasant aroma, and excellent workability. Despite its name, Spanish Cedar is not a true cedar and is more closely related to mahogany. Its combination of stability, relatively low weight, and distinctive aromatic properties has made it a traditional choice for humidors, boxes, furniture components, and other specialty woodworking projects.
